This type of training involves repeated bouts of high intensity effort followed by recovery. It is a circuit style class focusing on a mix of cardio and fast paced resistance exercises to lift your heart rate. We constantly mix up which exercises, and equipment are utilized in each circuit class to ensure you are always challenged and you can progressively build and improve your overall fitness level. Suitable for all fitness levels.
