Inspired Living

Designed specifically to suit senior participants, this class will help improve your balance, strength, flexibility and cardio capacity. The class alternates between being run in a circuit style in the upstairs Functional Training Zone, and a more traditional instructor led class downstairs in the Group Fitness Studio. Plus, as well as exercise, this class is all about people having fun and socializing with friends. Beginners are welcome and all fitness levels can be accommodated.
