Matwork Pilates

Our Matwork Pilates classes incorporate various small apparatus and challenge your flexibility and core strength. Taught in line with the Joseph Pilates Method, you will train with precision, control, balance and alignment to evenly work all muscle groups in your body. You will learn a range of fundamental Pilates exercises, with options given to accommodate beginners through to advanced participants.
