Lower Body + Core

Using a variety of apparatus, we will target your glutes, hamstrings, quads and core to help you sculpt and tone your body in the lead up Summer. No choreography, just lots of hard work to get the results you want. Beginners are welcome and all fitness levels can be accommodated.

Duration: Monday 9.15am & 7pm classes are 60 minutes. Wednesday 5pm class is 45 minutes. | Location: Group Fitness Studio
