Utilising training concepts boxers use to keep fit, this class includes shadow boxing, skipping, hitting pads, kicking punching bags, press ups, shuttle runs and sit ups. A fun, fast paced, high intensity workout, combining cardio and resistance training. All levels of fitness and experience catered for, beginners welcome.
