Our focus is on using basic Taichi and Qigong moves that improve lung function, balance and coordination. You will learn the 18 moves of Shibashi, which can be applied to any other form of Taichi. Whilst not physically demanding, it can be a challenge both mentally and for your coordination. Taichi can help to improve posture and your ability to relax muscle groups not involved in a specific exercise. No prior knowledge or special abilities are required, which makes it suitable for newcomers and all fitness levels.
